![]() (Not technical but I can't think of any other way to The best way that I can describe it is that it looked like a long narrow banner/pennant at the top of a pole in a jousting tournament, fluttering in the wind. Stretched w at it tip which was 'fluttering'. I use the pointer below and I then noticed that something strange was happening to it - it appeared to have a ![]() I was able to open a saved thread shortcut on that bar (added before I knew about Pinned Site Shortcuts) but when I clicked on 'Sign in' and then from there to here:Ĭlicking on the Sign in with a Microsoft Account had the same effect - nothing happened apart from the wheels on the bus went 'round and round'. I then couldn't open my Outlook Sign-in page nor my Microsoft Community sign-in, both from my Favourites bar. I tried with a different saved shortcut - again, nothing happened. The wheels of dots kept turningĪnd nothing else happened. When I first powered up this morning, I went to open something in my "Favourite Threads" folder on my desktop - these are mainly type Pinned Site Shortcuts, created by dragging the top bar icon on a thread into the folder.
